You're In Business

The submission presents 'F3 Technologies Inc.' (a legitimate, long-standing Pakistani IT services firm) but suffers critically from incoherent data and exaggerated claims. While the company has operated since ~2001 with a team of 100-200 (verified via external sources), the submission focuses on an internship program with only 25 inductees while simultaneously claiming 'everyone' as the audience and that 'most people have used my product.' The project name 'LunarBlade' appears disconnected from the description and has no verifiable digital footprint. The revenue figure is ambiguous (likely PKR, suggesting small scale). The disparity between the established nature of the parent company and the low-quality, hyperbolic submission results in a low score.

Description
Youth in any country embodies the future of that country. We realized that the biggest challenge faced by our youth is that mostly, the focus of the universities and institutes is on the learning/ theory side of the curriculum with limited practical and hands-on activities, creating a gap on what is needed by the industry. Pakistan produces about 25,000 IT graduates every year. A considerable number of graduates are unemployed not because they are not good at academia but because they are not industry-ready. They waste the first few years after graduation in switching jobs, and by the time they realize which field they want to pursue their career in, it’s too late! F3 noticed these challenges and is endeavoring to wrestle with the dilemmas faced by our youth through its F3-YEP program, which dedicatedly works to equip the youth with the knowledge and skills required and provide them the right guidance so they could pursue the desired career. F3 started working in close collaboration with Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) which offers internship programs for fresh graduates. So far, F3 has inducted 25 interns through this program, created a state-of-the-art development environment for them, appointed a director of Internships for their career counseling, trained them with advanced technologies, and provided the guidance that they need. These intern intakes have been assigned to different divisions of F3 like Web App, Mobile App, Gaming, Creative UI/UX, QA, DBA, and Cybersecurity. F3 has invested immensely in this program not just financially but also in terms of time and assets. The purpose of this program is to empower youth, prepare them for a fast-paced world by training them with required cutting-edge technologies alongside some of the brightest minds because, at the end of the day, our youth is our future and if their enthusiasm is regulated the right way, they can do wonders.
