Gaining Momentum

The European Institute of Law, Science and Technology (EILST) appears to be a legitimate, long-standing non-profit organization focused on the intersection of policy and science. However, the project submission suffers from critical quality issues, including demonstrably false claims regarding audience reach ('everyone') and traction ('most people have used my product'). As a policy institute established in 2004 with a small team and limited funding history, it lacks the technological scalability and verified user adoption required for a high Proof of Usefulness score. The project scores well on relevance and mission utility but is heavily penalized for lack of technical evidence and unrealistic traction claims.
