The successful candidate will possess a wide range of technical skills, including expertise in the full development lifecycle with a Microsoft, Azure, and SQL Server tech stack. The ideal candidate will have a passion for spending most of their time coding rather than in meetings, a deep knowledge of software development best practices, and the ability to work in a realistic but fast-paced environment. If you are looking for a position where you have the responsibility to make decisions and get things done on your own accord, and you are looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing startup, we would love to hear from you.\n\n**Responsibilities**\nDevelop and maintain high-quality and efficient software solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies.\nFront-End: HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS Framework), Typescript, and Razor Syntax ○ Back-end: C#\nPersistence: Azure MS SQL, Blob Storage, \u0026amp; Cosmos DB\nModularity: Orchard Core Framework\nUtilize Azure services to develop and deploy cloud-native applications\nCollaborate with our other engineers to ensure quality and consistency of development\nLeverage Azure DevOps to manage and deploy applications\nMonitor and optimize application performance and scalability\nProactively identify and resolve application issues\nDevelop unit tests and integration tests for features\nEnsure application security and compliance with industry standards\nStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends\n\n**Minimum Qualifications**\nAbility to independently make solid engineering decisions across the full lifecycle of development with C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript applications\n5+ years of experience developing solutions on a Microsoft and Azure technology stack\n5+ years of experience developing and maintaining applications leveraging Azure Services\nKnowledge and design abilities for APIs, web applications and back-end components\nUnderstanding of security principles and best practices\nExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills\nUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\nProficiency in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server\nKnowledge of DevOps tools and techniques, such as continuous integration/deployment and automated testing\nFacility with source control tools, such as Git and Azure DevOps\nComfortable working with agile development methodologies\nStrong abilities to troubleshoot and debug code, as well as identify and resolve performance issues as they come up\n\n**Compensation and Benefits**\nSalary of $98k to $120k/yr\nEquity compensation based on level of experience\nUnlimited PTO/Sick leave\nHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance\nFreedom to implement and own your own high-quality technology decisions\nInvolvement in the full product development process\nFully remote work environment
