Project is a real, seed-funded B2B pivot (EatQ) focused on CPG data and e-commerce attribute visibility, verified via external search (PitchBook: $110K raised, 3 employees). The submission itself is extremely low quality, containing false hyperbolic claims ('most people have used my product') and inaccurate categorization. While the B2B solution addresses a genuine industry problem (missing attribute claims), the current traction is minimal (<50k users equivalent) and the project relies on external verification to avoid a failing grade.

Description
Eatiquette rides on the mega trend that consumers are growing increasingly conscious about the food they put in their bodies, concerns that are often linked to the ingredients in these foods. \n\nWe have previously built a mobile app that helps health- and sustainability- conscious consumers easily compare products through understandable ingredients and nutrition. We've now pivoted to take a B2B approach. Our mission is still to bring food brands and consumers closer to each other, but we are restarting on the B2B side. We’re building a platform called EatQ (www.eatq.io), empowering food brands to take control of their data and get discovered. The consumer app is still available, just not our focus.\n\nDid you know that 84% of food brands fail to claim the attributes they qualify for and that consumers search for??\n\nWe’re going to help food manufacturers get discovered; especially those emerging food brands focused on health \u0026 sustainability.\n\nAt Eatiquette our north star is total transparency and traceability from the producer to the consumer for food products (from farm to fork). Food brands that take this to heart, will be the CPG leaders of tomorrow.
