**Minimum qualifications:**\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.\n- Experience of working on cross platform frameworks like Flutter with Node js or Nest js.\n\n**Preferred qualifications:**\n\n- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested, secure code in a variety of languages and frameworks.\n- Experience leading a team of engineers.\n- Experience with Flutter, Node js or Nest js a big plus.\n- Understanding and exposure to cross platform frameworks, full-stack development, and/or API development is a plus.\n- Experience working in start-up like teams, quickly delivering rapid prototypes, and proofs of concept.\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.\n\n****About the job****\n\nRydeum's software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how millions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. The app empowers users with 9 On-Demand experiences designed to make everyday life simple.\n\n****Responsibilities****\n\n- Design, architect and implement features in DoGetGo across multiple platforms.\n- Lead development in DoGetGo app using Flutter \u0026amp; nest js API and backend services.\n- Review, mentor, assign work to other members of the engineering team\n- Improve engineering standards, performance optimization, architecture, tooling, and processes.\n- Solve novel problems that involve multidisciplinary knowledge\n- Ensure quality implementing unit and integration tests as well as other mobile software architecture best practices.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.\n- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
