I help start-ups harness their data and build their analytic capabilities by collaborating cross-functionally to establish the data needs of each team, define metrics and KPIs, and determine the best approaches for delivery and tracking, using a combination of tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI), business acumen, and experience. Experience: 7 years with start-ups across Aunalytics, Extend, and Olive - Olive (HealthTech), Senior Product Data Analyst: I joined the small team and took over analytics for 2 major products, working with product managers to define metrics, solve data integrity issues and build a standardized set of dashboards for external client communication, internal deep dives, and customer comparisons. - Extend (FinTech), Business Intelligence Analyst: I joined as their first data hire, and built an analytics platform serving all departments which included KPI, compliance tracking and self service dashboards, and the data that fed them.
