We are looking for a digital, web and graphic designer to design websites, marketing and sales collateral and other graphic needs. We need you to be analytical and creative to design the overall functionality of the our online and offline presence. \n\nUltimately, you will make our presence more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers\n\n**Responsibilities**\n\n* Understand graphic design and web design\n* Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences\n* Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback\n* Facilitate the stakeholder’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for websites and landing pages\n* Find creative ways to solve UX problems (example: usability, findability)\n* Design \u0026amp; deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces\n* Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features\n* Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs\n* Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers\n* Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends \n\n**Requirements**\n\n* Mandatory - Expert level Figma skills\n* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related subject\n* Relevant certifications (Preferred)\n* \u0026gt;4 years of UX design experience.\n* Experience in tools such as Sketch, InVision is good to have\n* Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills optional\n* Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.\n* Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.\n* Experience working in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.\n* Passionate about resolving user pain points \n\n**About Syren**\n\nSyren Cloud is a start-up with a mission to help clients transform data and engineering operations for the better.
