CEA is a community-based nonprofit organization committed to fostering personal and professional growth through empowerment and accountability. We strive to create impactful change by equipping individuals, teams, and organizations with comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship. With our programs, participants can develop accountability, strengthen leadership and management skills, build resilience, and embrace a growth mindset that will evolve into tangible community change. Our signature SEAM (System of Empowerment and Accountability Management) framework, enhanced by our Accountability Intelligence™ AI-driven model, supports BIPOC, immigrants, women, youth, Indigenous peoples, and underserved communities in their journey to unlocking potential, stepping into leadership roles, and building inclusive, thriving futures. We envision a society where individuals, regardless of status or race, are encouraged to explore their unique ideas and perspectives, fostering a tapestry of innovation and collaboration. Guided by our values and aligned with nine of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, Creative Empowerment Association works to address our communities’ most important challenges and create creative initiatives that contribute to a brighter, more equitable, and sustainable future.
