The first company of Cloudhands Group was founded in London. “Cloud hands” refers to the main physical movement within the Taoist-based art of Tai Chi. One moves his/her hands slowly and smoothly in the manner of gentle clouds floating through a vast, blue sky. This movement affects the flow of one’s inner energy which reaches a perfect balance in a state of dynamic equilibrium. The spirit of our group is very much in alignment with this ancient Chinese practice. In 2016, we employed the same philosophy with the brand name “Yunhebianliang" in China, a market of over 1.4 billion potential clients, as a crucial strategic move. We have a dedicated team of highly experienced professionals from the global marketplace and our management executives have worked with major institutions in the world. Cloudhands Group is divided into Cloudhands Finance, Cloudhands Technology and Cloudhands Education. Cloudhands Finance started as a prop trading firm, and now incorporates asset management and financial consulting. Our asset management covers primary and secondary markets. Consulting services are provided to financial institutions and corporates to upgrade in the new economic environment. Cloudhands Technology provides efficient technology solutions, involving machine learning, quantitative algorithm, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc. Cloudhands Education empowers enterprises by introducing international education resources to cultivate highly skilled talents and realize the long-term strategic development. Cloudhands Asset Management covers private equity, NEEQ, M&A and hedge funds. Our investment strategies are tailored to meet different needs and risk preferences for our LPs and clients. Currently, we are expanding our business to cooperate with offshore LPs and GPs who are interested in the Chinese capital market.
