The project claims 'most people have used my product' while seeking seed funding for a prototype, a demonstrably false statement that severely undermines credibility. Extensive search yields no digital footprint for 'cideshow.com' or the brand, suggesting the platform is not live or indexed. The submission relies on buzzwords (blockchain, gamification) without technical depth, and the categorization as 'Rehearsal Studios' indicates a lack of professional polish.

Description
Cideshow is a streaming service that's an alternative to all other streaming services. Instead of just being another Netflix/Hulu clone, we are a streaming service geared towards creative people and focused on being an active rather than a passive experience.\n\nWe're doing this, first of all, by showcasing series and movies that are taking chances and wouldn't necessarily be distributed on other platforms because, while they're great ideas, they're unproven. Our audience wants unproven concepts and to be the first to discover them. We remove algorithms and instead let our audience directly decide on our content, which can often be described as artistic, edgy, experimental, fun, interactive, and, above all, not mainstream.\n\nWe also doing this by imbuing Cideshow with crowdfunding and gamification. Viewers directly renew their favorite shows with virtual currency, and they are incentivized with rewards for doing so. Viewers can also ascend to higher statuses by watching/supporting/participating in shows, which unlock more privilegies and powers for them, making Cideshow the only gamified streaming service and an engaging, addictive experience.\n\nWe created Cideshow in 2017, and we have been using that time to get a working prototype up. We now have this prototype up and running, and we're ready to make Cideshow everything it can be.\n\nWith a lot more content on its way, we're about to enter the Angel/Seed round of funding to build out the content, the main site, and the marketing. Now that we're at this stage, we're looking to establish a solid team that can help bring Cideshow to its full potential.\n\nWe are set on creating a more imaginative, fun, and active television experience for the world. We're looking for those who are inspired by this goal and who are ready to join us on the journey. Step right up...
