We offer three products: RheumaCloud is a service offered by CheckHealth to support rheumatologists in understanding the progress of their patients. Today rheumatologists meet their patient approximately every 6 months. RheumaCloud is designed to help rheumatologists engage their patients in their own care between visits to the clinic. An intelligent assistant guides and instructs the patient what to do everyday based on a health plan provided by the rheumatologist. Linkwatch is our remote patient monitoring platform. It is a secure digital platform for care organisations to implement remote patient monitoring programmes. It helps care organisations to efficiently manage care of patients with chronic conditions. It includes FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) care plans, wireless devices for vital and physiological signs monitoring, smart wearables for behaviour monitoring and intelligent digital assistents for self assessments. VoiceRPM offers a cost-efficient yet naturally engaging way to ensure your patients feel cared for around the clock even though you can’t always be there. VoiceRPMs AI-powered voice dialogs allow care professionals to remotely monitor vital health values and support healthy habits between visits with their geographically distributed patients. VoiceRPM works with ordinary phones and does not require any IT skills.
