We have invested in pre-revenue startups in California for the last decade and helped these startups scale to $200M+. We’ve also created technologies that scaled to serve 2M+ people. We plan to bring this expertise to scale not only the startups that CHANGE invests in, but the business of venture capital itself. CHANGE wants to open up venture capital to everyone (not just accredited investors) around the world. Millions of stakeholders give startups a better chance to succeed, and all participants a better chance to share wealth and work towards economic freedom. In addition, CHANGE wants to scale Venture Capital through the collective power of everyday people, blockchain technology and machine learning - all brought together on a platform we’ve developed called ATLAS. In short, CHANGE is changing venture capital. ATLAS represents the first true attempt at creating a Platform VC. ATLAS is the engine that will potentially enable CHANGE to scale at a rate that no other VC fund or early stage investing platform is currently able to reproduce. The ATLAS Hub will enable CHANGE VC to: - Leverage its investors as sources of new deal flow - Leverage investors as market signals for a potential investment’s market fit** - Connect talent and service providers with founders - Create a marketplace in which founders can sell their products/services to investors, talent, service providers or other founders/startups In order to incentivize investors, founders, and other ATLAS hub stakeholders to participate, CHANGE will issue a utility token that can only be used on the ATLAS platform, that can be traded in exchange for services, products or other value-adding activities to either the founders or the investors.
