Brighten Africa partners with US companies to provide entry-level tech work for underprivileged people in Ghana. The best part? We give them an education while we’re at it. Every day our students complete entry-level tech work (including data entry, machine learning labeling, transcription services, etc.) before receiving two hours of web development training. Thanks to our unique business model we are able to pay our students far above the Ghanaian minimum wage. This makes it possible for people to receive a practical education while also earning a living and supporting their families.
