Brainpan Innovations is a legitimate, albeit small, healthcare software company based in India (est. 2015) offering the 'Doctor’s Diary' EHR and related tools. While the project addresses a genuine problem (digital health records/interoperability) and claims to support ~350 institutions, the submission itself is critically flawed by hyperbolic and demonstrably false claims (e.g., 'most people have used my product', 'audience reach: everyone'). Third-party data indicates a 'lifestyle' business scale with <$100K annual revenue and a team of ~4 after nearly a decade, contradicting the implied massive scale. The score reflects a functional product with verified but limited local traction, severely penalized for inaccurate reporting and lack of breakout growth.
