At BlankPage we support the breakthrough innovations that are fundamental to our future, and we define this as companies that are using AI to solve really hard problems. We call this AI Deep Tech . We invest in the areas, which based on our thematic research and thesis work are ripe for creating new large-scale winners. We will invest in companies at the early-growth stage who are ready to win customers and scale quickly. At the moment, we focus in three areas: 1) Novel AI technology 2) AI powered End-2-End Platforms for the Physical World Next Generation Infrastructure and 3) Compute for the coming AI era We aim to fill the large gap that exists for deep tech growth stage companies that are coming out of UK and Europe. This gap is both a lack of capital and more importantly a lack of support from specialist deep tech early growth VC firms in the UK and Europe. We are addressing this problem by bringing our experience in founding, building, global scaling and investing in deep tech businesses over the last 30 years.
