BeeIN appears to be a legitimate but early-stage industrial Mobile Network Operator (MNO/MVNO) initiative in Slovenia, likely holding specific spectrum rights for vertical digitization (Energy, Logistics). However, the project submission contains severe contradictions: claiming 'most people have used my product' and 'audience reach: everyone' is demonstrably false for a specialized B2B operator with a team of 6 and limited capitalization. While the market timing for private 5G networks is excellent, the disparity between the ambitious industrial vision and the poor quality of the submission (exaggerated traction, vague financials) results in a low score.

Description
BeeIN is a Slovenian-based Network Operator, focused on the digitization of Industry Verticals like Electric Energy, Logistics and Manufacturing. It is born out of a passion for telco technology, convinced that it is a key component to a more sustainable future for those industries. Our 5G philosophy binds together, as an enabler, the latest technologies: AI, AR, IoT, MEC at industrial scale. We have a strong conviction that underneath a vibrant market place of cloud-based, SaaS apps and tools that will personify the digitisation and sustainable competitiveness of those industries, lays rock-solid mission critical connectivity. That is why, in our home country, we aim to build the first use cases end-to-end, on top of our own spectrum as a full MNO. We want to prove it to ourselves that our vision is the right one. To that end, we must also build, upon that mission critical connectivity, software platforms that are tailored to the selected industries we chose to serve. Now, for the wider region of central and south-eastern Europe, starting with Austria and Croatia, we see a win-win to replicate those platforms, as an MVNO, deployed upon the networks of a trusted partner. The partner could have a 5G strategy, complementary to our own: they could for example opt-out of serving, say the electricity vertical, with the great degree of customer intimacy that is required to deliver to them the full 5G use cases. Or they could rather focus on other industries, or on generating revenue from the nation-wide connectivity infrastructure part that does not require differentiation? We believe in partnership eco-systems, not just to implement the 5G use cases at application level, but also at the connectivity infrastructure level. In short, BeeIN is at this stage looking for: • Regional partner – one partner for all three markets • Synergy – to complement the existing offer of the network operator • Discussion - open for different commercial agreements
