I bring experience from both sides of the table, having spent six years at executive search firm Erevena, held a VP People role on a B2B SaaS scale-up’s leadership team, and worked within a VC fund supporting portfolio growth. What sets my approach apart is that mix of search expertise and operator perspective. I know what ‘great’ looks like not just on paper, but in the trenches, what actually works, and what falls over when the pressure’s on. My work is focused across 3 core areas: - Executive search for senior commercial and leadership roles - Team builds across go-to-market, operations, and people functions - Fractional VP People support, often where a business hasn’t yet hired a full-time People leader but knows they need to steady the ship or scale with intent I use an AI-enabled, lean operating model to move quickly and keep costs low, without cutting corners on quality or insight.
