The submission represents Bank of China, one of the world's largest financial institutions. While the submission form was filled out informally (vague claims, 'GoldenBlade' alias), the verified email domain and entity details confirm the project is a Global Systemically Important Bank. Consequently, scores for utility, reach, and traction are near maximum, though the project suffers in technical innovation and response quality due to the legacy nature of the business and the low effort of the specific submission.
