Astrolabe Diagnostics is a medical diagnostics software company. We design machine learning methods for biological data and engineer the software that integrates these tools into the research workflow. Our goal is to help you transform your data into insights. The Astrolabe Cytometry Platform is a cloud-based cytometry analysis service. It enables researchers to analyze experiments more quickly and provides accurate, consistent results. The platform follows a “fire-and-forget” philosophy which requires no previous expertise. The user uploads his or her samples, sets up the experiment design, and with a click of a button Astrolabe takes care of the rest. Once analysis is complete, results can be explored through the graphical user interface, shared with other researchers, or downloaded locally for further analysis.
