Arcules is a verifiable, established B2B cloud video surveillance company backed by Canon, with estimated annual revenue of ~$13M and 70-100 employees. The project demonstrates high real-world utility and technical competence in the growing VSaaS market. However, the submission quality was exceptionally poor, containing inaccurate claims (e.g., audience reach 'everyone', evidence 'most people have used my product') which negatively impacted the Quality Factors. Despite the low-effort submission, the underlying business fundamentals and recent merger with Milestone Systems (July 2024) justify a high score reflecting its significant scale relative to the calibration baseline.
