Studio ANIMATORY was founded in Tbilisi, Georgia in the year 2019 by Sandro Katamashvili and Natia Nikolashvili – prominent young generation animators and directors of the region. ANIMATORY continues the tradition of the Georgian animation school with maximum emphasis on quality. The in-house company has 20 artists and additionally collaborates with 10 freelancers in Georgia. Studio ANIMATORY family environment soon became the meeting point for new-generation animators, directors, artists and other film professionals and in many cases the starting point of their professional careers. Thanks to this, animation became popular among advertising agencies and the activity of ANIMATORY created an impact on the market of commissioned animation films for various businesses in Georgia. Our goal is to collaborate with production houses and advertising agencies to create high-quality animation products which will be appealing to the market and festivals. Our portfolio contains all of the important 2D techniques. From the very beginning we have strived to preserve classical film and creative methods, making our work unique in today’s electronic world - all in our fully equipped studio. We are open to collaborating on visual works in development, or production and are now open for international cooperation.
