Proposed Anestronic Ltd is an Irish medtech startup pioneering next-generation systems for safer, more precise regional anaesthesia. Our core product is a sensor-enhanced injection system designed to improve outcomes in ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks (USgPNBs). By integrating advanced sensing technology, Anestronic empowers clinicians with greater confidence during needle placement and injection control, significantly reducing the risks of intraneural injection, intravascular injection, overdose, and nerve injury. In collaboration with leading anaesthetists and hospitals across Europe, our platform integrates seamlessly into existing clinical workflows. Driven by a mission to make regional anaesthesia safer, smarter, and more accessible, Anestronic is advancing innovation from lab bench to bedside. Supported by academic partners, national funding, and clinical advisors, we are progressing toward regulatory approval, clinical trials, and early commercialisation.
