You're In Business

Amikoo demonstrates strong technical innovation and market relevance by solving 'no-code fatigue' in QA automation via native Playwright test generation and self-healing AI agents. Early validation is solid, highlighted by a $499k NSF award and highly relevant press coverage. However, with only 40 early access users in its first three weeks of launch, the project currently remains in the minimal traction phase, capping its overall PoU score until user adoption scales.

Description
Amikoo by Muuklabs is an AI-powered QA toolkit that helps software teams keep pace with rapid development by analyzing and fixing test coverage and quality gaps. It autonomously learns a product by navigating user flows, identifies test coverage gaps, and generates executable Playwright tests based on real-world usage. Additionally, its proactive self-healing capabilities automatically repair failing tests when code changes, maintaining a synchronized test suite without manual effort.
Audience Reach
Amikoo launched just our early access phase three weeks ago on April 14. Because we are still within our first month of operation, we do not yet have a standard monthly average. However, in these first few weeks, we have already successfully onboarded 40 early access users. We are seeing steady daily sign-ups, which puts us on pace for strong month-over-month growth as we transition out of the early access phase.
Target Users
We launched Amikoo to help QA keep pace with the modern speed of software development, Amikoo is specifically designed for: SDETs: It removes the "maintenance tax" of manually fixing broken or outdated test scripts, allowing SDETs to focus on test strategy and expanding coverage. QA Managers & Teams: It provides extra capacity to prevent QA from becoming a bottleneck. MuukLabs explicitly markets Amikoo as a way for QA to "fight fire with fire" when trying to keep up with developers who are writing code at lightning speed using AI copilots. Software Developers: It helps devs by automatically identifying, proposing, and executing tests, in addition to fixing broken tests directly within their IDEs (like VS Code or Cursor).
Technologies
Other, Frontend/Backend services powered by React/NodeJS using Typescript. Mongo Database. Proprietary multi layered agents and MCP server developed in Python. Agents leverages LLMs in Antrophic and Gemini for video and screenshot analysis. File analysis using RAG. NPM libraries developed in Typescript. Infrastructure hosted in AWS. Amikoo uses services provided by AWS, this includes Lambda, Bed Rock, Beanstack, Amplify , S3 and Fargate. Other libraries used for 3rd party integration, authentication and data analysis.
