Alacramed is a specialist medical device consultancy spun out of leading lifescience consultancy Alacrita. Spinning out a separate business was a strategic move to to enhance focus on Alacrita's growing number of medical device clients. We understood that medtech often has diverse and very different challenges to biopharma and that to meet these challenges and provide the best possible service for our clients required a dedicated consultancy with its own capabilities and network of industry experts. Our services encompass: market access and assessment; regulatory strategy and filings; business development; technical and commercial due diligence; quality systems management; operations; intellectual property; product design and development. We operate globally and in particular work both sides of the Atlantic helping European companies access USA markets and USA companies access European markets.
