DesignTork is looking for a project manager with experience in the design and developement field to join our growing team. This is an exciting remote opportunity combining project and account management. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on a daily basis with clients from all around the world (America, Europe, Asia, Australia) and an international team. This is a customer facing role, communication skills are therefore highly important. You’ll have to communicate with clients on a regular basis, manage projects internally, ensure we deliver the best quality to clients, and develop strong relationships. You’ll be the pivotal point between our clients and our team.\n\n* **Main Responsibilities:**\n- Receive client’s requirements, communicate as needed to ensure we have all the information needed. \n- Participate in the initial conception stage along with a client in order to better meet the needs of the customer and to translate those expectations to our team.\n- Lead the projects’ (graphic design, web design, and development) process by working with a team of graphic designers, web designers, and front-end developers.\n- Manage projects internally to ensure efficient progress matching with client’s requirments. \n- Review the work delivered by the team to ensure an optimal level of quality before delivery to our clients. \n- Develop successful customer relationships that promote rentention and loyalty.\n\n* **Other responsibilities**\n- Supervise a team of designers and developers by developing effective training procedures, appropriate task assignments, positive customer experiences and top quality control processes.\n- Analyse and improve work processes to achieve a greater efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction, in collaboration with your manager. \n\n* **Qualifications : **\n- 2 to 5 years of experience in projects and customers management. \n- Knowledge of CMS platform like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc. strongly appreciated\n- Experience managing international clients. \n- Experience dealing with design and development projects strongly preferred.\n- Attention to details and ability to review the work of the technical team to ensure the best quality before delivery. \n- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships\n- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills\n\n\n* **About DesignTork **\n* Founded in 2019, DesignTork provides graphic design, web design, and front-end development services based on a monthly subscription model.
