adde.technology is operating across three interdependent and mutually supporting business areas: 1) adde.technology: A botique consultancy for software, fintech and capital markets organizations and vendors. Assignments are foremostly in the technology, interim/supporting management and strategy areas. On occassion, work is done for investors (including private equity) in terms of due diligence and value creation planning and execution. 2) adde.ai: Incubating, developing and running mainly AI projects that support the rest of adde's operations as well as the operations of selected partners. Over the years adde.ai has successfully incubated projects in the FinTech area and is currently involved in supporting projects in the FinTech area, as well as with projects in the PropTech area developing digital twins for facility management, hospitality, co-living space and guest house businesses. Further projects include AI support for academic and business research purposes as well as a project relating to document digitization and workflow paired with privacy enhancing technologies. 3) semmering-rax.group: This business area operates a number of facility management/Co-Living space/guest house sites. This includes taking full or partial responsibility for the site through a partnership model. Hereby, it is important to provide customers with a high degree of automation as well as significant cost savings. To achieve this, promising AI & IoT supported approaches are leveraged through the application of services supplied by the adde.ai business area. Currently a low double digit number of sites in Vienna, Lower Austria, Northern Italy and Southern Sweden are covered.
