The submission presents significant contradictions and red flags. While the description discusses Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), the business type is listed as 'Master key systems,' and the technology tags include 'space-technology,' which are irrelevant to the stated mission. The claim that 'most people have used my product' is demonstrably false and undermines credibility. The URL appears inactive or irrelevant. This submission lacks coherence, verifiable traction, and technical substance.

Description
While there are many conversations happening about diversity and inclusion in the workplace, few of them focus on what companies can actually do and how to get that work done. Even for those having the conversation, it’s often difficult to take action. Where do they start? And once they do, how can we make that sustainable? Access2 believes it’s important and time we talk about diversity in a way that makes it approachable and actionable! A little bit about our program. We are an organization looking to build the bridge between community and opportunities. Whether that be economic advancement and careers, education or resources. All of these things exist, yet there is a disconnect in the mechanisms to obtain them. We all agree there is a distinct difference between access and opportunity. Opportunities create space for something to happen; Access2 helps ensure that space is occupied. Diversity is not the end goal, but a means to a more inclusive, more just, and more effective workplace. It’s becoming increasingly clear that having a diverse team creates a better company. If any step of the hiring process disproportionately cut out marginalized groups, there is probably something wrong. Adjusting processes to be as inclusive as possible will lead to becoming more thoughtful about how we assess candidates and improve the quality of all hires.
